Position Summary:

The University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Dining Services is seeking applications for Convenience Store Assistant Manager position. This is a full-time position offering an excellent employee benefit package.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the setup, production, service, and cleanliness of convenience store
  • Assist Food Service Manager in determining products, costs, etc. on items sold
  • Direct all facets of operations, organization, timing and training
  • Direct implementation of operational goals & marketing plans

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

Three years of convenience store or food service management experience or Associate's degree in Food Management with 1 year of experience
