CRM Functional Analyst

Position Summary:

The CRM Functional Analyst is responsible for providing functional support for the CRM and back-up functional support for SIS.  The incumbent will create, generate, and test various CRM views, document system processes, provide training to staff, and other operational data needs of the department.  This position is responsible for providing data management oversight and quality assurance for data integration and campus specific suspect and prospect data loads.  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily CRM support, including business processes and operational data needs.
  • Responsible for providing data management oversight and data integrity.
  • Importing data into the CRM and establishing import policies.
  • Gather, organize, manage, and disseminate information.
  • Colleges and analyze information.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a business or other related field.
  • Two years related professional experience.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills: the ability to actively listen, respond with empathy, and write various types of communication externally to students and parents, and internally to campus stakeholders
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computer and current software applications including, but not limited to the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent customer-service skills
  • CRM/SIS experience
